### 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wurms or Burns mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the application.

### 2. User Accounts & Google Cloud Sub-processors

Wurms or Burns utilizes Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Firebase Firestore sub-processors for cloud storage, authentication, and secure routing. Your sensitive data is sealed and locked locally on your device prior to storage. DIVOC Design Studio and Google hold absolutely no keys, password copies, or access codes. We cannot recover lost accounts or recover forgotten secret combination keys.

### 3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all content distributed from your repository. You agree to strictly abide by our Acceptable Use Policy, refraining from illegal activities, harassment, and system abuse.

### 4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

The app design, code, and original branding are the intellectual property of DIVOC Design Studio. You retain all rights and ownership to the personal data and documents you input into the app. You may export your complete portfolio at any time.

### 5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. DIVOC Design Studio is not liable for data loss, network synchronization failures, or unauthorized access resulting from compromised local keys or devices. You are solely responsible for securing your Vault Recovery Phrase.

### 6. Premium Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewals

Premium subscription purchases, billing, and auto-renewals are securely managed via our sub-processor, RevenueCat. Billed on an annual basis, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may disable auto-renewal or cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to renewal through your device's native App Store settings.
