This policy governs how end-users interact with our app, its content, and its community. It protects the platform from abuse, legal liability, and security threats.

### 1. Eligibility & Account Security

* **Age Limits:** Users must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old to create an account.

* **Credential Safety:** You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, PINs, and biometrics secure.

* **Account Sharing:** Sharing accounts or transferring access to another individual is strictly prohibited.

### 2. Prohibited User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

* **Violate Laws:** Engage in, facilitate, or promote illegal activities, fraud, or regulatory violations.

* **Harass Others:** Stalk, bully, abuse, defame, threaten, or discriminate against other users.

* **Exploit Minors:** Post, share, or request any content that harms, exploits, or endangers minors.

* **Impersonate:** Falsely claim identity as another person, entity, or official representative.

### 3. Content Standards

User content must not infringe intellectual property rights, contain obscenity, spread deliberate misinformation, or distribute spam/commercial messages.

### 4. System Security & Integrity

Users must strictly avoid technical abuse, including reverse engineering, automated data harvesting (bots/scrapers), introducing malware, or abusing APIs.

### 5. Enforcement

Violations may result in temporary suspension, permanent account bans, or legal action. We reserve the right to monitor network metadata to enforce these rules.

At DIVOC Design Studio, we respect your right to control your personal information. Users of the **Wurms or Burns** mobile application have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.

### How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion using either of the following two options:

#### Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instantaneous)

1. Open the **Wurms or Burns** application on your mobile device.

2. Navigate to **Settings** (or tap your profile avatar).

3. Select **Account Settings** -> **Delete Account**.

4. Confirm your choice. Your account, authentication profile, and local data will be permanently erased immediately.

#### Option 2: Web / Email Deletion Request (For users who have uninstalled the app)

If you no longer have the app installed on your device, you can request account deletion by submitting an email to our support team:

* **Email Address:** info@divocdesign.ca

* **Subject Line:** Account Deletion Request - Wurms or Burns

* **Required Information:** Please send the request from the email address registered with your Wurms or Burns account, or include your account registration email address.

### Data That Is Permanently Deleted

When an account deletion request is executed, the following data is permanently erased from our servers and database within 3 business days:

* **Authentication & Profile Data:** First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Firebase Auth UID.

* **Encrypted Cloud Backups:** All server-side encrypted vault database records and cloud backup files.

* **Peer Connection Data:** Authorized peer pairing tokens, memory box shared items, and notification subscriptions.

* **Local App Database:** Local database storage on your device is cleared.

### Data Retained & Additional Retention Period

* **Financial & Subscription Invoices:** Anonymized transaction records, invoice tokens, and purchase history processed through Google Play Billing / Apple App Store / RevenueCat are retained for up to 7 years solely as required by applicable tax, legal, and financial reporting laws.

* **No User Content Retained:** None of your private Vault documents, photos, end-of-life directives, or messages are retained after account deletion.
